The High Legh Parish Plan - Progress to Date

A very successful first meeting was held in Hgh Legh Village Hall on 24th July (attended by about 100 people) and a Steering Committee of around 15 volunteers has been formed.  The Steering Committee held its first meeting on 21st August.

Working Groups are in the process of being established to look at the detailed feedback on the many issues raised at the 24th July meeting (a full list of all these issues can be found on the Parish website http://parish.cheshire.gov.uk/highlegh/ or ring one of the Secretaries). These have been organised into the following categories

• Economic & Private Sector Businesses
• Local Authority Services
• Communal Village Facilities 
• Traffic & Pedestrians
• Community & Society
• Vision of the Future Village.
